Now available in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Get access to all of the City’s resources at the touch of a finger, with the new “MyLakeForest” smartphone app. The mobile app offers residents a convenient way to report issues, register for Community Services classes and interact with the City.
While the Lake Forest website has long had the “Ask Lake Forest” issue-reporting system, the mobile app will make reporting issues or asking questions even easier. Residents who have a question or spot an issue will be able to take a photo with their smartphone and submit the picture directly to the City.
The new system also allows users to create a password-protected account for enhanced security.
