You can track the progress of your request on-line
Requests for service can be tracked online using Ask Lake Forest. Once logged into Ask Lake Forest using your user account, you can track your request and review any staff actions that have been performed pertaining to your request.
To track a request follow the steps outlined below:
1. Log into the Ask Lake Forest system:
2. Once logged into the system you will automatically be presented with a list of your requests. You can also access the request status screen using the Track Your Request button:

3. The request tracking screen will display a list of all your requests. You can view the details and actions for each request by clicking the View button:
