Using Ask Lake Forest, the City's online request system, you may submit a request for a Public Record at any time. Simply select the category "Public Records", then select "Request for City Record" as the subcategory, enter your request, and click on the continue button. You may also obtain a Records Request Form here.

Per the Public Records Act, the City upon a request for a copy of records, has 10 days from receipt of the request to complete.
