April 13, 2006			Public Hearing #4: Planning Commission review of project specifics (Use Permit (UP) and Tentative Tract Map (TTM))
November 15, 2006			Changed Plan 2006-28 administratively approved
July 6, 2007			Grading permit issued
Summer 2007			Grading and installation of site infrastructure begins

January 2008			Atherton-Newport files bankruptcy
April 10, 2008			Sterling Savings Bank requests extension of TTM

April 9, 2009			Public Hearing #11: Planning Commission holds public hearing on extension of TTM and receives testimony from the new owner of the property, Silveroak Investments. Planning Commission approves extension of the TTM.
May 28, 2009			Silveroak Investments submits application for Changed Plan to allow for enhanced landscaping of the wall along Osterman Road.
June 10, 2009			Public hearing notice and third "Open Letter" to residents mailed to property owners within 300' of the project for the meeting on June 25, 2009
June 25, 2009			Planning Commission approves Changed Plan 2009-09 for the Summit Crest residential development
June 29, 2009			Silveroak Development submits application for amended Tentative Tract Map
September 11, 2009			Silveroak Development submits application for Use Permit 2009-17 and Changed Plan 2009-16
October 8, 2009			Planning Commission approves Use Permit 2009-17 and Changed Plan 2009-16
December 1, 2009			City issues building permits for construction of three model homes
