Vote Centers and Ballot Drop Boxes Now Open in Lake Forest.

Vote Centers and Ballot Drop Boxes came to Lake Forest in March of 2020. Vote Centers are a one-stop center for all things voting that replaced traditional neighborhood polling places. Ballots can be cast from any Vote Center. Ballot Drop Boxes are a safe, accessible, and contact-free method where voters simply deposit their ballot into the box. Lake Forest provides Voting Center and Ballot Drop Box locations throughout the city. 

The Voting Center is available at the following locations and times:

City Hall (100 Civic Center Dr.) 

  • September 4-10: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • September 11-13: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
  • September 14: 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.

El Toro Branch Library (24672 Raymond Way)

Vote Center is located outside the library under a white tent. The interior El Toro Library is closed for improvements.  

  • September 11-13: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
  • September 14: 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Ballot Drop Boxes are open 24/7 and will close at 8 p.m. on Election Day. 

  • Heroes Park: 25420 Jeronimo Rd. Between Los Alisos Blvd. and El Toro Rd. 
  • Lake Forest Sports Park: 28000 Rancho Pkwy. Enter on Vista Ter, off Lake Forest Dr. 
  • South Orange County Family Resource Center: 22481 Aspan St. Between Muirlands and Lake Forest Dr. 
  • Concourse Park: 18931 Saddleback Ranch Rd.
