North from the 241/Toll Road - Foothill Transportation Corridor:

  1. Exit on Portola Parkway
  2. North (right) on Portola Parkway to Bake Parkway
  3. East (left) on Bake Parkway to Commercentre Drive
  4. South (left) on Commercentre Drive
  5. Right at Civic Center Drive 
  6. Left into parking structure 
  7. City Hall, Clubhouse, Council Chambers/Performing Arts Center and Community Center is south of structure

Coming from North County on the I-5:

  1. I-5 South to Bake Parkway
