What development standards (minimum property line setbacks, maximum lot coverage, maximum height, maximum development density, etc.) apply to my property?
Development standards are zone, and in some cases use and/or structure-type, specific. Depending on the applicable zone, development standards are contained in Title 9 of the Lake Forest Municipal Code and/or in the applicable Planned Community text. For assistance with determining applicable development standards, contact a planner at (949) 461-3491 or planning@lakeforestca.gov. For information on zoning, click here.
